Yomiuri Giant is a team affiliated to the Central League of Japanese Professional Baseball. It was founded in 1934, joined the former Japanese Baseball League in 1936, and won nine league titles in the era of single league. In 1950, pacific alliance officially separated from the Central League and joined the Central League. It is the oldest professional baseball pellet among the 12 existing Japanese pellets.
From left to right, the three main hitters in the first golden generation of giants were Qingtiansheng, Kawakami Tetsuji and Chiyomao, from 1948 to 1952.
Eiji Sawamura was the first generation player of the Giants, and he became the first member to enter the wild ball hall in the history of Japanese occupation.
From 1965 to 1973, under the supervision of Tetsuji Kawakami, the "ON Cannons" of the Giants, Cho Xiong and Wang Zhenzhi, and other players set an unprecedented record of nine consecutive victories in Japanese professional baseball (also known as V9), and the position of the Central League was not replaced by the Chinese and Japanese dragons until 1974.
